Now for the wooden letter 'J'.
I'm really hoping Josh likes it as he currently has a 'Space' themed room... but I love the vintage comics so much, I hope it's a winner.
I have a few vintage comics circa 1980 - Spiderman, X-Men and Superman to give some contrast between the colours and images.
I use a good quality de-coupatch glue with a glossy finish for the best results.
I start by cutting strips of my favourite characters and use details such as the price, date and edition number to add interest.
To ensure a smooth finish around the edges cut narrow 'V' shapes into the comic to avoid the paper creasing and 'bunching-up'.
